Are your products USA Made?
Our apparel is printed and/or embroidered in the United States. We purchase all of our supplies and materials from local businesses in Florida and other surrounding states.

Do your sizes run small or are they true to US sizes?
Our products are true to US sizing. Please see the "Sizing Guide" tab under the product description to see the exact measurements of our products.

What is the exchange process?

We will have you ship your product back to us, and we will ship you out the item you wish to exchange.
The item must be in unused and new condition.
We do not accept exchanges for any worn or washed items.

Once you receive your items, you have 7 days from the delivery date to evaluate your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we will have you ship the items back to us.
Once we receive your items, if they are still in new/unused condition, we will issue you a refund..

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
If your items have not shipped, we can make changes to your order.

Why is my tracking showing in pre-shipment?
If your tracking status is showing as "Pre-Shipment" this means we are currently fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to fulfill your order before we ship it out.
